CLINICAL APPROACH

  • TRUST

We build a trusting therapeutic relationship and establish mutual treatment goals.

Trust and shared goals brew curiosity which, in turn, encourages exploration of all aspects of yourself; particularly of those which may be lost or silenced.

  • INSIGHT

What brings you into therapy - whether it be reactions to life transitions, difficulties in relationships - often roots in non-adaptive patterns of relating to yourself and others.

These patterns, though learned and likely once adaptive, may now hinder your life longings.

Exploration of your unique patterns of behavior, of how they came to be, will help you gain a deeply meaningful understanding of your sense of self.

  • PROGRESS

We explore the history of your concerns, while maintaining a focus on the present and actively addressing your patterns of behavior as they unfold in sessions.

This allows us to pave a new, adaptive way of being.
