One. On. One Psychology is a private-pay practice and does not bill insurance directly. Many clients have out-of-network benefits that reimburse part of the cost of care. On request, you will receive a superbill — an itemized receipt you can submit to your insurer for out-of-network reimbursement.

Insurers often require a diagnosis in order to reimburse. Submitting a superbill therefore means disclosing that information to your insurance company. Working privately means that decision stays yours rather than being made automatically, and clients who prefer to keep their care entirely outside the insurance system are welcome to do so.
