Which states can you work with clients in?
Colorado and California. I am licensed in both states, and you need to be located in one of them at the time of session.
Do you take insurance?
The practice is private pay and does not bill insurance directly. Many clients have out-of-network benefits that reimburse part of the cost of care, and on request you will receive a superbill — an itemized receipt you can submit to your insurer.
Insurers often require a diagnosis in order to reimburse, so submitting a superbill means disclosing that information to your insurance company. Working privately means that decision stays yours.
What does therapy cost?
Fees are discussed during your complimentary 30-minute consultation, alongside scheduling and fit. One. On. One Psychology is a private-pay practice and does not bill insurance directly. A superbill is available on request if you wish to seek out-of-network reimbursement from your insurer.

What happens in the free 30-minute consultation?
We discuss what brings you to therapy, clinical fit, scheduling, and fees. It is a collaborative conversation, and there is no obligation to proceed.
What ages do you work with?
Therapy — both individual therapy and couples therapy — is for adults. Psychological testing is available to children, adolescents, and adults.
What kinds of testing do you offer?
Testing addresses questions about learning differences, attention difficulties, and mood or behavioral concerns. .
How does telehealth work?
Sessions are via telehealth, and you join from a private space of your choosing in Colorado or California. Appointments are available on weekdays and weekends, daytime and evening.
What if I am in crisis?
I do not provide crisis services. If you are experiencing a crisis, please present to your nearest emergency room, call 911 or 988, or contact Colorado Crisis Services at 1-844-493-8255 or text "TALK" to 38255.
What is your cancellation policy?
The cancellation policy is explained in full before your first session and is included in the paperwork you receive when we begin.
